Pentolan elit alternative rock Dinosaur Jr, J Mascis, kembali mengumumkan album solo terbaru. Album berjudul Elastic Days itu rencananya bakal dirilis serentak pada 9 November mendatang via Sub Pop. Di dalamnya memuat daftar lagu sebanyak 12 lagu andalan. Ini jadi album solo ketiganya, setelah sebelumnya menetaskan Tied to a Star pada 2014 lalu.

Menyambut perilisan Elastic Days yang tinggal hitungan bulan, J Mascis juga memperkenalkan single pemanas “See You at the Movies” di jagat maya. Lagu ini sudah bisa didengarkan melalui layanan streaming musik favorit seperti Spotify.

Track berdurasi 3 menit 22 detik itu menyuguhkan nuansa akustik yang manis, dipadu dengan part gitar melodius khas dari J Mascis. Dengarkan di bawah ini:

Bersama Dinosaur Jr., J Mascis baru saja melepas single anyar berjudul “Hold Unknown” pada bulan Maret lalu. Lagu baru mereka itu diciptakan khusus untuk sebuah program streaming musik di Adult Swim. Dinosaur Jr. terakhir merilis album Give a Glimpse of What Yer Not di tahun 2016.
